All Ireland Football Final Preview with Eamon McGee & The Information Lab Ireland

This Thursday, 14th September, The Information Lab Ireland are hosting an All Ireland Football Final evening in The Herbert Park Hotel, Ballsbridge, Dublin.
The #RoadtoSam promises to be a fun filled night of analysis, opinion and data based predictions around Sunday’s big game.
Master of Ceremonies is journalist Jonathan deBurca Butler who will be joined by Donegal All Ireland winner Eamon McGee, Data Specialist Rob Carroll (Gaelic Stats & The Information Lab Ireland) and Andy Kriebel five-time Tableau Zen Master and first time GAA analyst.
This hour long event promises to offer you insights gleaned from data accumulated on these mammoths of Gaelic Football from not just this year’s championship run but All Ireland campaigns since 2011.
With Rob’s meticulously gathered data, we promise to show you how and where the game has changed over the last number of years, where Dublin have struggled and where Mayo might just get the edge on the Boys in Blue.
Eamon will give us a taste of his experiences from the heat of battle and offer his first-hand insight into the two sides and their dominant personalities.
We’ll show what the data says about where the game will be won and lost, who the key players are and what conclusions a novice to the game can draw simply from the data.
At the end of it all we will ask you to make your prediction for the match and be in with a chance of winning a great day out for both you and your team.
Throw in on the night is 6.30pm and we strongly advise you register here beforehand.
